The Nordic Cheerleading Championship is back! At this competition, the best teams from Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden will go up against each other.
The Nordic Championship is also a place to meet new cheerleading friends and enjoy the scenic coastal city of Helsingborg.

Teams do not have to qualify to this event, all teams are welcome to register.

Cancellation policy
By submitting the application, the club undertakes to pay the entry fee(s). Invoiced registration fees will not be refunded if a starter for various reasons will not be able to complete the competition.
For teams, it is possible to make changes to the roster until December 1st.
After December 1st, changes can be made for a fee.
Lunch pre-order
It will be possible to preorder warm food for the competition, for a cost of 145 sek/person. Food is served at the arena restaurant.

Rules
The competition will use ECU’s rules for the year of which the competition is held, with the exception of age groups which will be as stated below. The time limit of the music portion for teams will be maximum 2:00 minutes and the maximum time of the music portion and cheer portion will be 3:00 as a total.
Number of athletes
The Nordic Cheerleading Championship 2024 will have different rules regarding number of athletes performing compared to the ECU rules.
The divisions competing two days will have a minimum number of 12 athletes and the other divisions will have a minimum number of 10 athletes performing on the mat.
Dispensations
There will be possible age exceptions in the age-limits in the Nordic Championships in categories that are competing for one day only. These exceptions in the age rules apply only for the teams that are not competing for the Nordic Championship titles. The teams that have 10-20 athletes can have 2 age dispensations and teams that have between 21-24 athletes can have 3 age dispensations. The age exceptions are allowed one year over and one year under the age- limits presented in the competition rules. Notice that in the youth category no athlete can be younger than the youngest age limit by the rules.

- Youth – 12-15 years (2010-2013 in 2025)
- Junior – 14-19 years (2006-2011 in 2025)
- Senior – 16 years+ (2009 and older in 2025)
- Masters – 19 years+ (2006 and older in 2025)

- Youth – intermediate, median, advanced
- Junior – intermediate, median, advanced, all girl elite, coed elite
- Senior – intermediate, median, avanced, elite, all girl premier, coed premier
- Masters – intermediate, median
Divisions group stunt and partner stunt (max 3 per country)
- Junior all girl elite
